III. FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES/ASSIGNMENTS

- Provide counselling for the Director of the Provincial Health Service, deploy the technical activities for the control of malaria, parasitic and vector-borne diseases in the province.

IV. MALARIA CONTROL RESULTS (2006-2010)

1. Malaria morbidity rate decreased by 58.29%.

2. Malaria deaths decreased by 100%.

3. Malaria parasite rate reduced by 3.45%.

4. No malaria outbreak.
