Thông tin về giảm tiểu cầu trong bệnh lý sốt rét, sốt xuất huyết và nhiễm trùng

Nhằm chia sẻ thông tin từ câu hỏi của 3 bạn đọc, cùng các đồng nghiệp ở Phú Yên và Đăk Nông về lý do tại sao lại có hiện tượng giảm tiểu cầu trong bệnh sốt rét, vìbệnh sốt xuất huyết đã có giảm tiểu cầu rồi, nay sốt rét cũng giảm tiểu cầu thì nguy cơ chẩn đoán nhầm lẫn giữa hai bệnh này là rất cao nếu không có kinh nghiệm.

Chúng tôi xin chuyển đến một số nghiên cứu sâu về chuyên ngành cũng như các nghiên cứu đánh giá giảm tiểu cầu như thế nào và cơ sở lý thuyết cũng như một số điểm mới trong cơ chế bệnh sinh.
