Phần 2. Cập nhật thông tin về nghiên cứu các bệnh do vector truyền trên toàn cầu

Với sự đa dạng về chủng loài các nhóm côn trùng khác nhau đã góp phần gây nên bức tranh đa dạng sinh học trong thế giới loài. Song cũng không ít bệnh ở người và động vật đi từ các loài côn trùng này, đặc biệt là các bệnh sốt rét, sốt xuất huyết, sốt phát ban chấy rận, bệnh viêm não Nhật Bản, bệnh do xoắn khuẩn vàng da, ….Vì sự đa dạng và cùng đồng thời tồn tại trong thế giới động vật này nên chúng có thể cùng lúc gây nhiều bệnh khác nhau trên một quần thể nhất định, điều đó cho thấy vai trò của nghiên cứu Một sức khỏe (One Health) và phòng chống cũng như quản lý lồng ghép các bệnh vector truyền đồng thời là vô cùng quan trọng.

Hiện nay, trên thế giới, các nhà khoa học đa số đi theo hướng lồng ghép này như một mũi trên trúng đa đích, giảm chi phí mà tăng hiệu quả cho nhiều bệnh được kiểm soát cùng lúc. Với ý nghĩa chia sẻ thông tin về các nghiên cứu cho đồng nghiệp cùng nghiên cứu và có thể áp dụng tại Việt Nam, chúng tôi xin chia sẻ thông tin về các nghiên cứu như thế
